Our Mission

Since 2018, Seanfit has been empowering individuals across all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced athletes—to achieve better health, strength and endurance. Located in Weymouth, MA, our locally-owned training studio combines 21+ years of coaching experience and certified instructors to deliver group and personal training that’s safe, results-driven and fun. 
 

We believe real, lasting fitness comes from addressing the four key pillars: aerobic conditioning, strength training, balance work, and flexibility & mobility. Our unique workouts rotate through varied full-body routines—walking, running, rowing, cycling, cross-country ski erg, resistance bands, body-weight and free weights—to keep things interesting and progressive. 
 

Whether you prefer the motivational energy of small-group sessions (max 10, often split into smaller pairs for more personalized attention) or one-on-one personal training, Seanfit builds your program around your goals, limitations and pace. Clients regularly comment that it “feels like personal training in a group setting” and appreciate the form-focused coaching and modifications provided.
