Sean mcbridE

Founder 

Led by founder Sean McBride, Seanfit brings over 21 years of personal training experience to the Boston area. Sean combines his passion for fitness, customer service, and athletic performance to help clients reach their full potential. A former chef from County Donegal, Ireland, Sean discovered his love for training through his own rehabilitation journey. His workouts are simple, effective, and constantly challenging, designed to build strength, confidence, and long-term health. With certified instructors and a supportive community, Seanfit offers personal training, group fitness, young athlete sessions, Irish step strength training, and ski conditioning programs that help every client become their strongest, healthiest self

Kristyn Garfield

Trainer

Kristyn Grattan brings a lifelong passion for fitness, athletics, and performance to the Seanfit team. A former world-ranked Irish step dancer and multi-sport athlete from Massachusetts, Kristyn has competed internationally and earned top honors in dance, track, and cross-country. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from Bridgewater State University, where she studied sports performance, conditioning, and training methods. Kristyn believes in commitment, dedication, and accountability as the foundation for lasting results. At Seanfit, she helps clients of all ages develop strength, endurance, and confidence—whether through personal training, young athlete sessions, or Irish step strength programs. Her goal is to inspire every client to turn today’s effort into tomorrow’s strength

Jack OWen

Trainer

Jack has a strong background in exercise physiology and strength and conditioning, combining athletic experience with a scientific approach to training. A lifelong runner and former collegiate track and cross-country athlete, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Bridgewater State University and is completing his Master’s in Strength and Conditioning. Jack joined the Seanfit team in 2021 and now works full time with clients of all ages and abilities. His goal is to help each person feel confident, capable, and strong in their body—whether they’re recovering from injury, training for performance, or building overall fitness. Jack’s coaching focuses on proper form, strength development, and steady progress to ensure long-term results.
