Focusing on Specific Muscle Groups Each Day
At Seanfit, each class is a full-body workout focusing on specific muscle groups each day. Our groups are small so that each customer gets the attention needed. Our groups max out at 10. We then divide the group into two so the max in a workout group is five.
Our one-hour classes are then divided into two 12-minute strength segments. Two 12-minutes of cardio segments rotating each.
The segment focused on the strength circuit, consists of bodyweight exercises. Incorporating TRX, bands, and dumbbells. The next segment cardio consists of rowing, cycling, walking/running, and cross-country ski ergs.
We offer a fun, safe environment to work out. Everyone can grow and learn with the help of our trainers. All classes provide guidance for individual needs we encourage proper technique and form.
