Young athletes are available upon request only. We offer personal training and small group training for pre-teen and teenage athletes.
At Seanfit, we like to keep age groups together. These are not booked through our Mindbody app. Please call (617) 652-0925
or email us for additional information. These sessions are also one hour long.
These classes can be individual or a small group session. These classes are the foundation building blocks necessary for strength and conditioning for athletics and non-athletics. We hope to help your young athletes live an injury-free and healthy life.
We offer introductory sessions for new members, full-body workout classes weekdays.
