Get One-on-One Fitness Training
At Seanfit, we start these programs with an initial 30-minute evaluation. This gives both the trainer and the customer an opportunity to review medical history, concerns and goals. We offer one-on-one training or partner training. The customer can choose what is best for their needs. Our sessions are typically 60 minutes long. Each customer is continuously being advised for proper technique and form throughout the workout. The aim is to grow stronger, healthier, and fitter as each session progresses.
