Welcome to Seanfit. We welcome and encourage beginners, intermediates, and advanced athletes. My workout programs are designed to enhance both the biomechanics and endurance of every participant, no matter the current fitness level. The majority of SEANFIT sessions are group based with sideline personal training and exercise modifications to meet each individual’s specific needs for long term fitness advancement.
The instructor will safely walk you through a series of exercises that target the essential four pillars of fitness. Each class is different; introducing truly unique exercises that enhance overall health. The classes are a mix of walking, running, rowing, cycling, cross country skiing, flexibility and resistance training. All exercise can be modified to suit your level of fitness and will slowly progress in intensity and repetition as you strengthen over time.
The music is absolutely fantastic and the group company is by far the best.
